Dear Santa,

I have been a very good boy or girl this year. What do I want for the holidays? An iPhone/iTouch so that I can use Stanza to read all the romance I need from all the publishers I love that I buy at All Romance eBooks. You see, Santa, I deserve the iPhone/iTouch because…

Even though I have a day job, I prefer my erotica writing alter ego. And sometimes I need to take a break from the day job and have no easy way to read books… for research. Yeah, research!

But not just because of THAT! Also because it’s just really cool and I couldn’t afford one otherwise.

So, in conclusion… I need this iPod Touch to help me better create sexy super heroes in “rough and tumble” situations!

The End.

P. Andrews

(They’re giving away more too! Contest details here!)

What a day! First I get an e-mail informing me that “What Shall We Do With A Drunken Sailor” will be released on

NOVEMBER 28TH

and THEN I get an IM from Moira Rogers asking me if I’d seen my Joyfully Reviewed review!

NOVEMBER 28TH

I had NOT seen it, so I was happy for the info! The awesometastic review was written by Patrice F and goes a little something like this:

NOVEMBER 28TH

“Grasshopper has all the powers of the insect at her disposal, which makes her one feisty, bad-ass superhero. She takes her job seriously and loves her city, which is why there’s no way she going to allow some villain to get away with doing whatever he wants. When she catches him, will she able to stop him from “doing” her? And does she want to?

With an opening dedication to Spider Man, I knew this story would not disappoint me. And it didn’t. You Can Leave Your Mask On is a comic book romp that’s not for the kiddies. This story teases you with a little voyeurism before moving into a showdown between the city’s saucy savior and a seductive villain who has more than a fair share of wickedly electrifying tricks.

It’s the kind of story that makes you wonder what goes on behind the paper and ink panels. After all, sometimes even superheroes need a break from all the long hours. Ms. Andrews is quite creative bringing together an unlikely pair into a scorcher of situation that would make Marvel and DC characters envious for this kind of “down time.””

NOVEMBER 28TH

Wasn’t that November 28th awesome!?

I November 28th thought so!

So, stuff and things and

NOVEMBER 28TH!!!!!11!ONE!!!BBQ!!

PS – a little bonus behind the jump — how I picture my characters (possibly NSFW):

Apart from the awesome models on the cover, I mean.

These are pretty close to what they look like in my head:

Though Grasshopper’s hair changes almost every time I write her, and in her third appearance (which was only recently submitted) she even changes her costume:

Grasshopper New Costume by ~SpeakerWiggin on deviantART

And I’m sure it’ll change again. She doesn’t like staying the same for very long.

This next rendering is of a character who hasn’t been introduced yet:

Calista Huerta Ortiz by ~SpeakerWiggin on deviantART

This is Calista Huerta Ortiz. She writes for The GPZ and even though she has no superpowers nor is she a villain, she’s perhaps Grasshopper’s worst enemy.
