What a day! First I get an e-mail informing me that “What Shall We Do With A Drunken Sailor” will be released on
and THEN I get an IM from Moira Rogers asking me if I’d seen my Joyfully Reviewed review!
I had NOT seen it, so I was happy for the info! The awesometastic review was written by Patrice F and goes a little something like this:
“Grasshopper has all the powers of the insect at her disposal, which makes her one feisty, bad-ass superhero. She takes her job seriously and loves her city, which is why there’s no way she going to allow some villain to get away with doing whatever he wants. When she catches him, will she able to stop him from “doing” her? And does she want to?
With an opening dedication to Spider Man, I knew this story would not disappoint me. And it didn’t. You Can Leave Your Mask On is a comic book romp that’s not for the kiddies. This story teases you with a little voyeurism before moving into a showdown between the city’s saucy savior and a seductive villain who has more than a fair share of wickedly electrifying tricks.
It’s the kind of story that makes you wonder what goes on behind the paper and ink panels. After all, sometimes even superheroes need a break from all the long hours. Ms. Andrews is quite creative bringing together an unlikely pair into a scorcher of situation that would make Marvel and DC characters envious for this kind of “down time.””
Wasn’t that November 28th awesome!?
I November 28th thought so!
So, stuff and things and

Apparently, Coffee Time Romance’s only complaint about You Can Leave Your Mask On is that it wasn’t longer.
I can live with that.
